As the centerpiece of the newest 'Family Village' concept at The Villages, the mixed-use development integrates education, recreation and retail into a holistic work, live and play environment for residents. The nearby high school library serves as a prominent axis and viewshed to the development, enriching the cultural and educational fabric of Middleton. Strategically positioned near the civic park, The Cannery stands as a prominent visual landmark, designed to attract family gatherings and community events.
