With FM approval included as standard, the Rexa PRO-S sets a new standard as the preferred solution for applications requiring robust and dependable wastewater handling.

The Rexa PRO-S is engineered to excel in installations with high static delivery heads, offering efficient pressure drainage supported by an optimized combination of hydraulics and a highly effective radial macerator. This radial macerator, equipped with a double-shear effect, ensures excellent anti-clogging capability, making the pump ideal for continuous operation in challenging wastewater environments. The result is a pump that maintains high efficiency while reducing operating costs and minimizing downtime.

Wilo has designed the Rexa PRO-S to deliver significant value throughout its entire lifecycle. Its construction enables the use of smaller piping diameters, reducing overall installation costs. The pump’s high-quality motor, built with robust grey cast iron housing and protected by two mechanical seals, enhances service life and operational stability. A monitored sealing chamber provides early detection of seal failures, preventing potential motor damage and ensuring reliable performance even under strenuous conditions.

The Rexa PRO-S further supports versatility and ease of implementation. It operates in non-immersed mode with S2-30min capability, allowing for high switching volumes that help reduce required tank sizes. Additionally, Wilo offers customer-specific adaptations such as customized cable lengths and optional PTC sensors for use with frequency converters and soft-start systems, ensuring the pump can be precisely tailored to project needs.
