We continue our inside look into the Haitian reconstruction efforts, joining a team of engineers and social workers from Miyamoto International and Haiti's MTPTC (Minister of Public Works, Transportations and Communications) while they go about the gargantuan process of analyzing and tagging as many buildings as possible, in order to facilitate the information needed for reconstruction to finally get under way.
