Suad Cisic to Lead Development Efforts for Our U.S. Water Group Business
LOS ANGELES, CA — Suad Cisic has been appointed vice president and director of business development for the U.S. water business of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.
In this new role, Mr. Cisic will lead business development activities for water and wastewater projects nationwide. He will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Cisic has more than 30 years of experience in managing complex water projects in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was the North American water market manager for a major engineering firm, responsible for managing short-term and long-term planning, budget analysis, project and program tracking, staffing, and client and partner communication. He previously served as president of Parsons do Brasil, a Sao Paulo, Brazil engineering company.
WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff provides a wide range of planning, design and construction management services for water and wastewater conveyance, storm water and combined sewer overflow systems, surface water resources, flood control and hydraulic structures, and climate change adaptation projects.
A licensed professional engineer in California, Mr. Cisic received an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and a diploma in sanitary engineering from IHE, Delft, Holland. He is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, American Water Works Association, and Water Environment Federation.
