CENTRAL ITALY – Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi has promised that Italy will build back differently after Wednesday’s quake, which hit Central Italy hard, leaving a death toll of 290 so far with more bodies still believed to be buried beneath the rubble. The “Home Italy” national plan Renzi is pushing would rebuild quaint mountain villages and hamlets as they once were, but stronger. The aim to make residences more resilient.
