Todd Danielson, Informed Infrastructure’s editorial director, interviewed Mark Maguire, Assistant Vice President, Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG).

They discussed how Maguire and his firm are tackling some of the most persistent and difficult problems in stormwater infrastructure. He cites a particular project that used a connected GIS environment and simple cameras to rapidly assess the status of stormwater assets to be best prepared for increased flooding. 

Maguire also describes an interesting and unique funding model that rewards the creation of more-sustainable and effective systems.
