Parker Meeks Named President of TRC’s Infrastructure Sector
LOWELL, Mass. – TRC, a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, consulting and construction management solutions fueled by innovative technology, announced today that Parker Meeks has been appointed president of its Infrastructure Sector.

Formerly the managing partner of McKinsey & Company’s Houston office and founding member of McKinsey’s Capital Productivity practice, Meeks will be responsible for strategic growth, customer acquisition and business development.

Meeks has deep expertise driving both capital project execution and ambitious strategic growth programs across the design/construction landscape, supporting a range of projects and capital programs worth up to $10 billion.

“TRC has a fantastic reputation and I’m thrilled to be joining such a dynamic, client-focused firm as it continues along on its robust growth trajectory,” said Meeks.
