Congratulations to Karl Frank, PE, PhD, for winning the Roebling Award. This award is presented annually by the Engineers' Society of Western Pennsylvania and recognizes major lifetime achievements in bridge engineering. Karl Frank, a Professor Emeritus of The University of Texas at Austin and current consultant to NSBA, will receive his award at the International Bridge Conference in Maryland this June.
