Aspen, CO -- Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rosselló will be delivering a presentation at the Aspen Ideas Festival on a new vision for Puerto Rico in the aftermath of the destruction resulting from Hurricane Maria.  It will focus on rebuilding on efforts underway to make the island stronger than ever, and pivoting to become an economic powerhouse in the growing human cloud economy.
