Dr. Kit Miyamoto, CEO of Miyamoto International and a renowned structural engineer, has been reappointed by Governor Gavin Newsom to the California Seismic Safety Commission. Appointed by two different governors since 2011, Kit now holds the distinction of being one of the longest-serving members of the commission.
