Dewberry has announced that Wayne Repich has received his certification as an Associate Design-Build Professional (Assoc. DBIA) from the Design-Build Institute of America. Repich is based in the firm's New York City office.

With this designation, Repich is knowledgeable in the fundamentals of project delivery, the principles of design-build delivery, design-build contract and risk management, and post award design-build. Repich has more than 34 years of experience in real estate, finance and development and currently is responsible for client services for various projects across several service lines.

Repich earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Santa Clara University and is a licensed real estate broker. He is a member of Design-Build Institute of America; the New York Building Congress, where he serves on the government affairs committee; the Performance Based Building Coalition, where he serves on the legislative committee; the Society for College and University Planning; the American Institute of Architects – New York; Professional Women in Construction; the Metropolitan Railway Club of New York; the Building Owners and Managers of New York; and the California Association of Mortgage Professionals.
