CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: U.S. Embassy Buenos Aires Selective Improvements
The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting submissions to pre-qualify firms for Design-Build Construction Services for the construction of Selective Improvements at the United States Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The project will provide essential improvements to extend the life of the chancery until a replacement can be constructed. The project scope includes improvements to interior architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecom, security, and fire and life safety systems. A new access control building will be added and additional perimeter site work will be performed.

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time on May 27, 2021.
