Cla-Val Announces Leadership Transition with Promotions of John Link and Ryan Pickett

Costa Mesa, CA, December 22, 2025 – The Cla-Val Company, a leading manufacturer in the valve industry, today announced changes to its senior management team, effective January 1, 2026.

John Link, a 35-year veteran of the company, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his tenure, Link has been instrumental in driving both domestic and international growth, primarily overseeing sales and engineering-related activities and serving most recently as President. His extensive experience and global perspective have been key to Cla-Val's presence worldwide.

Ryan Pickett will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer, bringing 15 years of operational expertise to the executive role. Pickett has been recognized for his organizational skills and strategic vision in guiding the company's operational growth initiatives.

"We are greatly blessed with a very strong company, with an excellent team throughout," said Martin W. Pickett, who will transition from his current role to Chairman of the Board. 

As Chairman, Martin Pickett will continue to provide strategic direction and support selected growth initiatives for the company.

The executive management team also includes David Koeblitz as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Hugo Van Buel as Executive Vice President of European Operations.
